Insurance Backed Guarantee
Our installations carry a Workmanship and Material Guarantee for up to 10 years. So any defects that arise due to faults with manufacture and/or installation will be covered for up to 10 years according to our Terms and Conditions.
The purpose of an Insurance Backed Guarantee is to honour the terms of PBM Exterior’s written guarantee, should we cease trading before your warranty is up. QANW cover us for this and they too are a reputable company.
Once your installation is complete, we cover the cost of your Insurance Backed Guarantee. Any relevant paperwork and certification will be delivered direct to you.
